Same Blood Folk Band - CD Release Saturday, September 18, 2010 8pm
| |
Saturday |
September 18, 2010 |
8:00 PM ET |
“There was this little red garage on Payne St. in Hamilton, NY. When it got warmer there'd be music blastin' outta there on a pretty regular basis. It was apparent that the sounds were comin' from the soul and the band was livin' it, practice after practice.
“The roots of Same Blood Folk stretch back to those early garage days. I can hear it in the new music. It's leaner and stronger now but it still has that same musical spirit and intensity. The trio goes to the limit for you every time, every set.”
