Kayla R. Cady (Earlville, N.Y.) received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from Cazenovia College. Cady’s paintings make reference to scenic landscapes but seek to capture the energy of the natural environment - “rooted in the rich history of American landscape while passing into the realm of abstract expressionism.” Many of her paintings contain three-dimensional elements and feature multiple layers on untreated canvases.

Kari O'Mara of Central Square will show her black and white large photographs in "Repulsing Attraction."
Her exhibit opens in the East Gallery on Saturday, January 28th from 12-3 pm. Refreshments will be served and the band Tumbleweed Gumbo will provide lively tunes in the Arts Cafe inspired by faraway places from Louisiana to Ireland to break up the winter days. Arts activities for youth will also make it fun for the whole family.

In her exhibition, "Urban Illusion" Heejung creates an imaginary space, which holds emotional experiences and contains compressed time of life.
