Salsa Workshop to accompany Jose Conde Y Ola Fresca performance

New York City claimed responsibility for the hot & steamy Salsa.  However, Salsa goes back to African and Latin moves.  “La Clave” is the standard beat that leads the salsa music.  This workshop will teach participants how to track the beats using wooden sticks.  Then we will follow the simple steps to Rumba, Salsa, Mambo dances.  No partners are required.  This basic workshop is for everyone!
