Calling All Quilters!

The Earlville Opera House will be holding a community quilt show in the West Gallery from July 10th – July 31st. EOH would like to invite local quilters to exhibit their quilts to celebrate this region’s rich quilting culture.

Please see this link for a quilt loan form.

Our 2010 theme is to be announced this spring. Last year’s quilt show at the EOH galleries had over 700 visitors!

We will hang as many quilts as there is room for hanging! The show will be in the EOH West Gallery at the same time that the annual “Contemporary Art Quilts” exhibition runs in the East Gallery.  The show will run from July 10th – July 31st with an opening on TBA at noon to 3pm.  All quilts must be received on or by July 3rd for hanging.  Please bring them in a protective bag with a label on your quilt and bag to keep them safe in the drop off and return process.

Please call if you have any questions. Let us know of your interest in submitting you quilts.  Quilts should be labeled and an exhibition form should accompany your quilt so that it can be safely returned to you.  The forms may also be picked up at the EOH gallery office.
