Open Felting Studio with Lisa Merian of Spinner Hill Farms

Felting Workshop Series on Second Sundays

at the Earlville Opera House!

 

Popular fiber artist Lisa Merian offer her “Open Felting Studio Workshop” at the Earlville Opera House, in a series monthly classes.  Four classes will be held on second Sundays from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on

Sunday, January 10,

Sunday, February 7**,

Sunday, March 14 and

Sunday, April 11. 

This class will review various wet and dry felting techniques.  Participants will design and create their own unique felted projects with layers of hand-dyed wool and other fibers from Spinner Hill Farms.  

 

This class will review various wet and dry felting techniques and will include new instruction on needle felting techniques. Three-dimensional projects are also possible. 

 

Each class can be a different project that inspires you.  The open structure of the class allows you the freedom to learn new techniques or to delve more deeply into a particular technique.

Registration is $50 for members of the Earlville Opera House and $55 for non-members.  For small projects the registration fee per class includes the materials fees for $22 worth of materials.  If a larger project is desired, it may require additional materials.  (**NOTE: February’s class is moved a week early to avoid Valentine’s Day).
