Felting Workshop Series on 2nd Sundays

at the Earlville Opera House!

 

Popular fiber artist Lisa Merian offer her “Open Felting Studio Workshop” at the Earlville Opera House, in a series monthly classes.  A series of classes will be held on second Sundays from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on

Winter Dates TBA. 

This class will review various wet and dry felting techniques.  Participants will design and create their own unique felted projects with layers of hand-dyed wool and other fibers from Spinner Hill Farms.  

 

This class will review various wet and dry felting techniques and will include new instruction on needle felting techniques. Three-dimensional projects are also possible. 

 

Each class can be a different project that inspires you.  The open structure of the class allows you the freedom to learn new techniques or to delve more deeply into a particular technique.

Registration is $50 for members of the Earlville Opera House and $55 for non-members.  For small projects the registration fee per class includes the materials fees for $22 worth of materials.  If a larger project is desired, it may require additional materials.  (**NOTE: February’s class is moved a week early to avoid Valentine’s Day).  Please bring some snacks or lunch or a dish to share.
