PROJECT: Collage with Felting

     Popular fiber artist Lisa Merian will offer two simultaneous workshops. Participants will design and create their own unique felted projects with layers of hand-dyed wool and other fibers from Spinner Hill Farms. 

     Project: Collage with Felting introduces first timers to the art of felting with a scarf or similar project. More experienced felters can take the “Open Felting Studio Workshop.”

     In each, participants will design and create their own unique felted projects. Lisa will review various wet and dry felting techniques. Three-dimensional projects are possible. The open structure of the class allows the freedom to learn new techniques or to delve more deeply into a particular technique.

     Registration is $75. The registration fee per class includes the materials fees for $22 worth of materials. For larger projects, additional materials may be purchased in the class.
