Event Description: Confidence in your knife skills makes meal preparation so much easier, and in this class you’ll learn the basics. We’ll also take a look at some other fundamental cooking tools, as well as basic cooking techniques. Please come with questions! $10 supply fee. Taught by L. Portnoff. (1 class)
