| Event Description: |
This intermediate course will cover how to select fish plus advanced fish-cutting techniques and actual sushi rice preparation with pickling and salting of fish. Class includes instruction, demonstration, and preparation of nigiri sushi, futomaki sushi, inari sushi, gomoku chiashi, and maguro zuke. It is not necessary to have taken Introduction to Sushi Making to attend this course successfully. Students will make their own sushi with all materials supplied.
