Event Description: Saturday, Nov. 20, noon – 3 p.m. Master chef Yusuke Honda will provide instruction, demonstration, and preparation of Gomoku Chiashi and Maguro Zuke plus advanced fish cutting techniques, pickling and salting fish, Sake selection and a traditional Japanese Tea ceremony. No prior sushi-making class is required. Students will make their own sushi with all materials supplied. Class limited to 25.
