Intermediate Sushi Making
Saturday, Oct. 23, noon – 2:30 p.m.
Learn how to make sushi at home with
Japanese Master Chef Yusuke Honda. This
intermediate course will cover how to select and slice fish and actual sushi rice preparation. Class includes instruction, demonstration, and preparation of nigiri sushi, futomaki
sushi, inari sushi, and ebi. No prior
sushi-making class is required. Students will make their own sushi with all materials supplied.
