Introduction to Sushi Making
Saturday, Sept. 25, noon – 2:30 p.m.
This course will introduce students to traditional Japanese cuisine, etiquette, and the preparation of nigiri sushi and sashimi. Local
master chef, Yusuke Honda, will demonstrate proper techniques and guide students through the preparation of sushi. Students will make their own sushi with all materials supplied.
